No Returns Unless Defective

At Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry, we stand by the quality of our products. As a policy, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or not as described. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately so we can assist with a resolution.

Items Eligible For Return

• The watch is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The item’s condition does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

Items Not Eligible For Return

• Final sale items.
• Watches that have been worn or damaged after purchase.
• Special requests or specifically sourced timepieces.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the exact condition it was received. Please retain all original packaging and include all items from the original shipment. Returns must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Missing packaging or accessories may delay processing.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for signs of wear or damage. If the watch qualifies for a return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

• Noah’s Fine Watches & Jewelry does not issue cash refunds.
• Refunds may take up to three (3) business days to process.
• If a return package is lost in transit, a refund will only be issued once an insurance claim is completed.
