Warranty Policy
Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry Limited Warranty
At Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry, our commitment to exceptional service goes beyond the purchase of your luxury timepiece or fine jewelry. Every watch and jewelry item purchased or serviced through us is covered either by the original manufacturer’s warranty or our own 1-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. Please note that certain exclusions apply. The purchase date is determined by the date listed on the invoice or any other recognized proof of purchase from Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry.
If the remaining original manufacturer’s warranty on a purchased watch is less than two years from the purchase date, we will provide coverage for the remaining time up to the two-year mark. If a watch is still under the manufacturer’s warranty at the time of a claim, we may submit the claim directly to the manufacturer for evaluation. In such cases, the warranty terms and conditions will be those provided by the manufacturer. Watches serviced by the manufacturer will be covered under their service warranty, which takes precedence over any warranty provided by Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry. If a component fails after manufacturer service and is outside the manufacturer’s warranty but still within our two-year coverage, we may choose to repair or replace the component.
Vintage Warranty
While we strive to provide outstanding service for every luxury watch, vintage watches are not covered under our limited warranty due to the limited availability of replacement parts and the complexity of repairs. Any watch that is 25 years or older is considered vintage.
Jewelry Warranty
Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry offers a 1-year limited warranty on all new fine jewelry purchases. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in craftsmanship but does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, improper care, loss of stones, or theft. The warranty does not cover prongs, clasps, or chains that have been bent or damaged due to improper handling.
Jewelry that has been altered, repaired, or serviced by a third party will void the Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry warranty. Customers are encouraged to bring in jewelry for regular maintenance checks to help preserve the integrity of their pieces.
Repairs
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all watches and jewelry purchased through Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry, with certain exclusions. Any repairs performed by our company will be covered under this warranty, effective for one year from the date of purchase, as indicated on the invoice or any recognized proof of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
- The Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry 1-year limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by water or moisture in non-water-resistant watches
- External wear and tear, including scratches, dings, and fading of materials
- Physical damage to the case, crystal, bracelet, bezel, straps, screws, crown, finishes, clasps, or buckles
- Missing stones or gems on the external portion of the watch or jewelry
- Any damage resulting from use beyond the manufacturer’s recommended conditions
- Watches that run slow or fast, as most mechanical and quartz watches do not maintain perfect time
- Any third-party repairs or attempted repairs, which will void the Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry warranty
- Damage to jewelry due to improper handling, bending of prongs, or exposure to chemicals
Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry Authenticity Guarantee
Every watch and jewelry item purchased from Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry undergoes a thorough examination and verification process to ensure authenticity. As you enjoy your purchase, please keep in mind:
- Vintage and pre-owned watches may not have the same water resistance as when they were new.
- Mechanical watches require careful handling; please check specifications before engaging in activities that may cause excessive shock.
- Most mechanical and quartz watches do not keep perfect, accurate time; our warranty does not cover minor time variations.
- Vintage watches may contain repaired or aftermarket parts unless otherwise stated.
- Fine jewelry should be inspected regularly to prevent stone loss and damage.
