The copper dial is one of the more interesting choices in the Chronomat range, warm without needing any gold to get there. This 42mm steel case sits on the Rouleaux bracelet, those rounded pillow links that give the model its 1980s character, with a steel bezel carrying the rider tabs. The copper dial shifts between bronze and deep orange as the light moves, with contrasting subdials keeping the chronograph legible. Inside is the in-house B01, COSC-certified with a 70-hour reserve, behind sapphire crystal. One of the more distinctive Breitling watches around. Pre-owned, with original box and papers.
